Diamond Engineering continues to invest in the continuous development and training of our many inspectors, and their engineering knowledge and expertise gives confidence to the clients of the many projects they work on.
We employ multiple fabrication inspectors, assisting our fabricators by providing another pair of experienced eyes for all projects, and ensuring all work that leaves the fabrication shop is up to our high standards and expectations.
We also have three fully-trained in-house Non-Destructive Testing inspectors, who can perform Magnetic Particle Inspection and Dye-Penetration Inspection efficiently and effectively. We also have good relationships with many local companies who we work with to provide UltraSonic Testing and Radiographic Testing services, should our project or client require it.
We can also offer Factory Assurance and Load testing in our Assembly shop, allowing our clients to test the strength and functionality of their products before they even leave our workshops.

Our Design, Testing and Metrology Division, Diamond Design, operates on our Sheffield site and offers their high-quality services as part of our group’s true turnkey service offering, whilst also offering these services to other individual projects for their clients within the engineering industry.

Our design division’s innovative problem solving abilities are highly impressive and regularly utilised by the group and their own clients, as the team are able to create complete engineering designs from incomplete drawings and can even create full designs just from their client’s concepts, should the project require it.
