The Diamond Standard of Machining Services
Engineering Machining Excellence
With 19,000 sq. feet of working area, a 30T lift capacity and a plethora of different machines to choose from, our cutting-edge machine shop is able to cater to the needs of even the most demanding of projects.
We offer industry-leading expertise in horizontal boring, vertical boring, floor boring, milling and turning. We are able to operate around the clock, and have extensive experience machining carbon & stainless steels and duplex materials, as either castings or fabricated parts.
We are also dynamic in our approach to the machine shop solutions we offer, and are able to work closely with our Design Division to design, scan, model and create CAD to CNC tool paths if a project requires it, allowing our clients the freedom to simply send us some basic drawings and let us take care of the rest.
Why Choose Diamond Engineering?
Engineering a Future-Proof Machine Shop
Our diverse machine shop is constantly being improved with a vision for the future; we continue to train our staff to the highest standards and invest in state-of-the-art machinery.
- Juaristi Floor borer — With a 8m horizontal traverse, a 3m vertical traverse and a 4m rotary table, this machine is highly capable and equally efficient.
- Soraluce Floor borer — The Juaristi’s big brother, our newest machine boasts a 10m horizontal traverse, a 5m vertical traverse, a 6m 20T fixed bed and a 3m rotary table. This machine can handle large and complex projects with ease.
- Manual Horizontal Borers — Sometimes the old ways work best, and our highly-skilled horizontal borer operators leverage their extensive experience to provide speed and precision to smaller boring and milling jobs
- Vertical Borers — We have many vertical boring machines, with a mix of CNC & Manual, with the largest having a bed of 2.3m radius
- Elgamills — Our large Elgamill mill machines are in high demand, with the largest having a 10m bed and 8m traverse
- Machining Centres — Small but efficient, our machining centres allow us to work on small parts with speed and precision.
