Our 20,000 sq ft Assembly shop is manned by highly-experienced engineers, is equipped with 40-tonne overhead crane, and regularly completes Load/FAT tests, sub-assemblies, trail/black assemblies, hydraulic assemblies and final assemblies for projects of all sizes.
As the final stage of our Turnkey process, our Assembly shop works closely with our Design division and Diamond Engineering’s inspectors to ensure that all projects leaving our facility meet or exceed our client’s quality requirements.

For larger projects, our outdoor working area spans 30,000 sq ft, facilitating the assembly of components using various mobile cranes.
FAT & Load Testing Capabilities
Thorough load, hydrostatic and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) are conducted, addressing all commissioning requirements to ensure the quality and functionality of our client’s assembled products.
On-site load tests are conducted, tailored to meet specific requirements and standards. Safety as at the heart of all of our testing activities, and our assembly shop staff are given regular training and tool-box talks to ensure all tests are being conducted to the highest safety standards.
Client-Dedicated Offices
To enhance our customer’s experience during project visits and tests, we provide client dedicated offices with free Wi-Fi access, catering to our client’s individual needs.
